We are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk position within the Finance Department (fully site based).
Sales Ledger role:- Producing invoices and credit notes.
- Chasing outstanding debt.
- Dealing with customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Running customer statements.
- Customer credit checking.
- Providing month end customer reports.
- Ad hoc Admin duties including taking credit card payments over the phone.
- Previous experience of working in Sales Ledger (minimum of 1 year).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Numerical competency.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Annual salary: £26,000.
- Hours: 37.5 per week, 08:30-17.00, Monday-Thursday & 08:30-16:30 Friday.
- 22 days holiday p.a. (increasing with length of service) + Bank Holidays + an extra day off for your birthday.
