Responsibilities
- Purchase ledger queries.
- Reconcile purchase ledger statements.
- Create and approve ad hoc payments.
- Prepare sales ledger statements.
- Sales ledger queries.
- Processing sales ledger invoices.
- Update and maintain expense claims.
- Payroll updates.
- Day to day management of Company bank accounts.
- Management of customer direct debits.
- Customer credit management.
- Assisting with month end tasks and reporting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of working in Finance is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Working Hours
Annual salary: £27,000 - £28,000. Hours: 37.5 per week, 08:30-17:00, Monday-Thursday & 08:30-16:30 Friday.
