Colt is seeking a proactive Network Engineer with experience across Layer 1, 2 and 3 services to support pan-European Ethernet and Optical networks. You will troubleshoot faults, liaise with customers as a single point of contact, and coordinate with Field Maintenance and TAC teams to meet SLAs.
The role requires strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills, with experience across multiple vendor equipment and network management systems. A 24/7 shift pattern is included.
