What You'll Do
- Provide safe, nurturing, and reliable care to children and young people
- Support children in their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and independence
- Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and personal development
- Work in partnership with families, professionals, and teams to ensure stable, child‑centred support
- Maintain clear, accurate records in line with safeguarding and organisational standards
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People / Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Six months’ paid UK experience supporting children or young people (essential)
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
- A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach
- Willingness to complete any additional training required (fully funded)
- Ability to travel to various children’s services in your area
- Proof of right to work in the UK (we cannot provide visa sponsorship)
