What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People / Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Six months’ paid UK experience supporting children or young people (essential)
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
  • A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach
  • Willingness to complete any additional training required (fully funded)
  • Ability to travel to various children’s services in your area
  • Proof of right to work in the UK (we cannot provide visa sponsorship)
