Responsibilities
This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll work side-by-side with the CHRO and HR leadership team to turn vision into action. If you’re energized by connecting strategy to execution, building scalable programs, and serving as a trusted advisor, we’d love to connect with you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with strategy – Partner with the CHRO to translate organizational vision into actionable HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Drive operational excellence – Oversee HR’s planning rhythm, budget, and key performance tracking to maximize efficiency and impact
- Be a connector – Act as a communication hub for the CHRO and HR leadership, supporting executive-level meetings, reports, and cross-functional projects
- Shape culture and programs – Support employee engagement, Inclusion & Diversity, and wellness programs that strengthen our workforce
- Manage with agility – Balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution, ensuring HR operations are seamless and scalable
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years of professional experience with significant exposure to strategy, operations, or project management
- Prior HR or consulting experience strongly desired
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and present to senior leaders
- Advanced organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Absolute discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Salary range is $115K to 125K per year.
