As a Section Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the successful execution of MEP works across complex data center projects. You’ll lead field productivity, manage change effectively, and ensure technical excellence in every phase. Your Role

  • Issue daily/weekly installation plans and report progress.
  • Enforce method statements, risk assessments, and DSTI schedules.
  • Track material deliveries in coordination with Project Engineers.
  • Manage change and drawing/spec distribution.
  • Monitor tools, consumables, KPIs, and labour productivity.
  • Ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance at all times.

Work week: Monday to Saturday (standard for project-based roles in the region)

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years’ experience in MEP construction or infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of installation sequencing, QA/QC, and HSE
  • Site leadership and technical documentation experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
