About Your Team
You’ll report to the Engineering Manager and lead a team of Project and Technical Engineers. Your team thrives on collaboration and innovation, working closely with design, procurement, and construction teams to meet ambitious project goals.
Your Role
As a Technical Manager, you will:
- Develop phased engineering schedules, integrating drawing milestones with project timelines.
- Enforce compliance with specifications, codes, and modular construction standards.
- Manage BIM protocols, clash-resolution workflows, and federated model delivery.
- Oversee cost control for the engineering scope, including external draughting and resource management.
- Lead design-review gates, vendor proposal evaluations, and value-engineering workshops.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Mentor engineers, promote new technologies, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
This is a full-time role requiring site visits and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in MEP engineering and technical management.
- Proven track record in BIM, modular construction, and value-engineering initiatives.
Knowledge
- Advanced understanding of MEP codes, Autodesk Revit, and BIM 360/CDE platforms.
- Familiarity with local and international engineering standards.
Skills
- Expertise in QA/QC, cost control, and planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6/MS Project (preferred).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven reporting abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
