Your Role
- Supervise and manage all on-site MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications, consultant instructions, and local authority regulations.
- Coordinate material submittals, drawings, and documentation while maintaining updated registers for audits and project tracking.
- Enforce HSE and QA/QC requirements through method statements, risk assessments, inspections, and continuous site monitoring.
- Monitor long-lead items, verify material deliveries, and escalate any issues affecting project timelines.
- Manage drawing control, issue revisions, and maintain accurate records of site changes and as-built updates.
- Track labour productivity, site delays, constraints, and submit weekly progress reports to senior management.
- Support testing, commissioning activities, and preparation of close-out documents in line with project requirements.
This role is full-time and follows a Monday to Saturday work week, typical for project-based positions in our industry.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP site supervision within the construction or electromechanical industry.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership ability and experience managing site teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
