About Your Team
You’ll report to the Technical Manager and oversee Technical Engineers in delivering high-quality MEP solutions. Your team operates in a collaborative environment, integrating design, procurement, and site operations for seamless project execution.
Your Role
- Ensure compliance with statutory and consultant specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage material submittals, procurement schedules, and long-lead item tracking.
- Lead drafting teams, validate designs, and coordinate output with offshore resources.
- Conduct value-engineering studies and validate design and installation details.
- Supervise on-site installations, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, MEP supervisors, and inspectors to resolve on-site challenges.
- Support testing, commissioning, and defect liability phases, providing technical insights.
This is a full-time role requiring site visits and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in MEP engineering and project execution.
- Proven expertise in drawing deliverables, QA/QC, cost control, and planning.
Knowledge
- Strong grasp of local and international MEP codes and standards.
- Familiarity with BIM 360/CDE platforms and Autodesk Revit.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and drawing management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
