Your Role

  • Review tender and IFC information (2D drawings, BIM models, asset data) per ISO19650 standards
  • Create and maintain Revit-based BIM models, including GA plans, sections, diagrams, and schedules
  • Perform clash detection and support clash avoidance coordination
  • Maintain clean, healthy BIM models following industry best practices
  • Update and revise models/documents based on RFIs, design changes, and site instructions
  • Identify inconsistencies in contract documents and flag them appropriately
  • Assist with as-built documentation and handover preparation
  • Work collaboratively in shared environments (CDE), supporting both internal and external teams
  • Follow project standards, templates, protocols, and document control procedures
  • Provide accurate technical responses to site queries and requests

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical Diploma in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of BIM experience on construction projects
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with CDE platforms and coordination tools (Revizto, Navisworks)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Understanding of BIM principles and workflows
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
