As a Section Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the successful execution of MEP works across complex data center projects. You’ll lead field productivity, manage change effectively, and ensure technical excellence in every phase.

You’ll report directly to the Construction Manager, with indirect reporting to the Project Manager, and will lead a team of Site Engineers and Foremen. The section management team ensures quality, safety, productivity, and coordination across MEP disciplines, collaborating closely with planning, QA/QC, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution across project zones and disciplines.
As a Section Manager, you will:
- Issue daily/weekly installation plans and report progress.
- Enforce method statements, risk assessments, and DSTI schedules.
- Track material deliveries in coordination with Project Engineers.
- Ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance at all times.
Monday to Saturday (standard for project-based roles in the region).
10+ years’ experience in MEP construction or infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of installation sequencing, QA/QC, and HSE.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Total package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.
