The Role

We're hiring qualified residential conveyancers of all experience levels to manage purchase and sale transactions in England & Wales. You’ll be expected to manage high-volume caseloads while delivering outstanding legal work and customer service. You'll work with proprietary AI tools that handle routine tasks, freeing you to focus on complex legal issues and client relationships.

Location: Work from home as standard, with the option to work from our London office

Hours: Manage your own hours so long as you make yourself available for your clients and attend key company meetings

Reports to: Head of Legal Practice or Team Lead

What to Expect

  • Real impact: Improve the way people navigate some of life’s most important moments.
  • Ownership: You'll have real responsibility from day one.
  • High standards: We don't compromise on quality. You'll have support from technology and colleagues, but we expect excellence.
  • Fast pace: We move quickly. Our technology evolves rapidly. You'll need to adapt and embrace continuous improvement.
  • Transparent assessment: Your performance will be measured across quality of legal work, customer satisfaction scores, transaction speed, and case volume. All metrics are clearly defined and tracked.
  • Direct feedback: You'll get thoughtful feedback regularly, with monthly performance reviews.
  • Career progression: Advancement and pay increases are based entirely on results delivered, not tenure or other attributes.

Who Thrives Here

We’d love to talk to you if you’re:

  • Relentless: You're never satisfied with good enough. You push yourself to improve constantly and you measure your progress.
  • Uncompromising: You have incredibly high standards. You sweat the details. You take pride in your work even when no one's watching. You speak up when standards slip.
  • Accountable: You own outcomes. You fix problems rather than waiting for someone else to. You want to be measured on your impact.
  • Humble: Low ego. Self-critical. Open to feedback. You change your mind with new information. You give honest feedback directly and kindly.
  • Optimistic: You approach problems as solvable. You find opportunity in challenges. You energise and elevate the people around you.

And you believe that:

  • Consumers deserve much higher quality service than the conveyancing industry delivers today
  • Technology is essential to doing better, not a threat to the profession
  • Change is coming and carries huge potential with it

Compensation & Benefits

We have a fully transparent pay scale for each role. Salary range: Up to £100,000 (dependent on levelling) Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary, paid semi-annually based on performance metrics Pension: 5% employer contributions Health insurance: Comprehensive private medical cover including dental and optical Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays CPD: Full support for CLC CPD requirements and professional development
