You’ll be expected to manage high-volume caseloads while delivering outstanding legal work and customer service. You'll work with proprietary AI tools that handle routine tasks, freeing you to focus on complex legal issues and client relationships.

Location: Work from home as standard, with the option to work from our London office.

Reports to: Head of Legal Practice or Team Lead.

We don't compromise on quality. Your performance will be measured across quality of legal work, customer satisfaction scores, transaction speed, and case volume. You'll get thoughtful feedback regularly, with monthly performance reviews.

Career progression: Advancement and pay increases are based entirely on results delivered, not tenure or other attributes. Consumers deserve much higher quality service than the conveyancing industry delivers today.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary, paid semi-annually based on performance metrics.
  • Pension: 5% employer contributions.

  • CPD: Full support for CLC CPD requirements and professional development.
