About Alecto: Alecto's mission is to make the law accessible to everyone on the planet. We're building an AI-powered law firm - initially focused on residential conveyancing - combining deep domain expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional customer service at scale.
You’ll be expected to manage high-volume caseloads while delivering outstanding legal work and customer service. You'll work with proprietary AI tools that handle routine tasks, freeing you to focus on complex legal issues and client relationships.
Location: Work from home as standard, with the option to work from our London office.
Reports to: Head of Legal Practice or Team Lead.
We don't compromise on quality. Your performance will be measured across quality of legal work, customer satisfaction scores, transaction speed, and case volume. You'll get thoughtful feedback regularly, with monthly performance reviews.

Compensation & Benefits:
