Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the installation and removal of modular accommodation and welfare units.
- Acting as Crane Supervisor during lifting operations.
- Carrying out Slinger/Signaller duties and coordinating safe crane movements.
- Leading and motivating installation teams on customer sites.
- Completing site surveys and planning future installations.
- Attending maintenance jobs and breakdown call-outs when required.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations.
- Maintaining RAMS, lift plans, and daily site documentation.
- Building strong working relationships with contractors and site teams.
What We're Looking For
- CPCS or equivalent Slinger/Signaller qualification.
- CPCS or equivalent Crane Supervisor qualification.
- Experience working with modular buildings, portable cabins, welfare units, or site accommodation.
- Good understanding of lifting operations and safe systems of work.
- Ability to read drawings and installation plans.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Containex units would be an advantage.
