Role

You’ll join the installations team delivering premium commercial and luxury residential swimming pool and wellness projects across the UK. This is a site‑based role working mainly Monday‑Friday, with regular travel and staying away during the week (typically 4 nights). You’ll work closely with the Contracts Manager and installation team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Installing swimming pool pipework (50mm‑200mm)
  • Reading and working from technical drawings
  • Planning pipe routes and plantroom layouts on‑site
  • Fitting valves and plantroom equipment
  • Carrying out pressure testing
  • Installing pool chemical dosing systems
  • Assisting with rendering, screeding, tanking & tiling when required
  • Managing materials and site equipment
  • Completing site reports and paperwork
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and professional work area
  • Supporting the team to deliver exceptional finished projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ pipe installation experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong practical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work away Monday‑Friday
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who takes ownership of their work

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

  • Experience within swimming pools, HVAC, plumbing or plantrooms
  • Commercial pipe installation experience
  • Experience working from technical drawings

Working Hours

Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑5:00pm. Additional overtime available. Occasional night work may be required for specific commercial projects.
