A well-established Accident Repair Centre in Tewkesbury is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team. If you excel in customer service and have a solid understanding of vehicle repairs, this is a fantastic opportunity offering stability, career growth, and no weekend work!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, handling inquiries efficiently
- Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
- Promote high-quality standards and customer expectations throughout the Paint & Body Centre
- Manage bookings, updates, and workflow via Windows-based Autoflow Management System
- Assist in managing manufacturer portals for compliance
What You Need:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive or accident repair environment (preferred)
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Problem-solving ability with an empathetic approach to customer service
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes (ideal but not essential)
