Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the automotive industry? We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our busy and reputable Accident Repair Centre. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of vehicle repairs, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent support and guidance to front of house team
- Deal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Promote awareness of quality and customers' needs and expectations throughout the Paint & Body Centre
- Manage bookings in/out and updates to customers on our Windows based Autoflow Management System
- Assist in managing manufacturer portals for compliance
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive or accident repair environment (preferred)
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Offer empathy when needed and have good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Insurance processes would be ideal but not essential
- Knowledge of basic Sage would be ideal but not essential
Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 8:00-17:00. Friday finish at 4:30.
Salary - depending on experience
21 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases with service)
Pension Plan (after 3 months probation)
