Senior BMS Service & Small Works Engineer
We are looking for a senior building management systems engineer with strong experience in Trend & Tridium to provide advanced service engineering, identify, price, and deliver improvement works, and act as the technical face of the business on site.
Responsibilities
- Own small works opportunities from concept through to completion, including preparing quotations and delivering solutions that improve system performance.
- Work autonomously, serving as the technical representative on site.
- Identify, price, and deliver improvement works for building management systems.
Salary & Benefits
- £60,000 – £65,000 (£70,000+ OTE)
- 5% field bonus paid quarterly on quoted small works jobs completed
- 1% sales leads or project lead bonus on orders that develop

Requirements
- Experienced building management systems engineer (BMS)
- Strong experience with systems such as Trend & Tridium; qualified or certified
- Excellent understanding of HVAC plant, building services, and control strategies
- Strong knowledge of protocols such as Modbus, BACnet
- Excellent ability to service, fault find and repair BMS systems
- Strong customer service skills
