Role
- Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnosis of building control systems (BMS)
- Carry out small repairs and remedial works
- Provide routine inspections of BMS (building management systems)
- Help mentor and develop more junior level engineers
Requirements
- Experience working within the BMS industry and competent on-site completion of fault diagnosis
- Familiarity with trend control systems and Trend IQ Vision
- Proven diagnostic skills
- Experience / knowledge of HVAC mechanical plant – AHU’s etc.
- Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as Bacnet, Modbus
