Role

  • Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnosis of building control systems (BMS)
  • Carry out small repairs and remedial works
  • Provide routine inspections of BMS (building management systems)
  • Help mentor and develop more junior level engineers

Requirements

  • Experience working within the BMS industry and competent on-site completion of fault diagnosis
  • Familiarity with trend control systems and Trend IQ Vision
  • Proven diagnostic skills
  • Experience / knowledge of HVAC mechanical plant – AHU’s etc.
  • Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as Bacnet, Modbus
