Job Description
It is precision led, quality first integration.\\n\\nThey are now looking for a Lead AV Engineer who can take ownership of technical delivery on site and set the standard for others to follow.\\n\\nThe role\\n\\nThis is a hands on lead position where you remain heavily involved in installation and commissioning, while also taking responsibility for technical direction on site.\\n\\nYou will be the point of reference for complex decisions, system behaviour, and final quality, working closely with design, programming, and project teams to ensure flawless delivery.\\n\\nWhat you will be doing\\n\\nLeading on site delivery across flagship luxury residential projects\\nOverseeing AV installation, commissioning, and final sign off\\nWorking with control systems, lighting control, audio, video, and networks\\nActing as the technical authority on site for engineers and clients\\nMentoring and supporting mid level engineers to raise standards\\nWorking closely with designers, programmers, and project managers\\nBringing structure, clarity, and calm to complex systems and environments \\n\\nWhat you need to bring\\n\\nStrong AV installation background in residential or high end commercial\\nExperience leading installs or acting as a senior technical presence on site\\nStrong Lutron knowledge\\nGood understanding of Crestron or Control4 systems and system logic\\nSolid networking knowledge including VLANs, switch configuration, and fault finding\\nCisco networking experience preferred, but strong AV installers without Cisco can be trained\\nHigh standards around cable management, rack builds, and documentation\\nConfident, professional communication with clients and teams\\nA proactive problem solving mindset \\n\\nWhy this role stands out\\n\\nYou'll work on homes that operate more like private estates than standard residential projects.
