Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of electrical projects on site.
  • Leading and coordinating electricians, labour and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out efficiently.
  • Liaising with clients, main contractors and project managers to keep works progressing smoothly.
  • Planning and managing labour, materials, plant and site resources.
  • Ensuring site teams have the correct information, drawings and support needed to deliver the project.
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship, health & safety, and compliance with current regulations, toolbox talks, risk assessments and site safety responsibilities.
  • Monitoring progress, solving on-site issues, and helping deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Providing technical leadership and setting the standard for the team on site.

What our client is looking for:

  • A qualified Approved Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

  • A strong leader who can motivate teams, maintain discipline on site and drive productivity.
  • Good commercial awareness and the ability to keep projects running efficiently.

In return:

  • £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
