Are you already managing projects within the AV or Smart Home industry?
We're looking for an experienced AV Project Manager to take ownership of high-end residential technology projects across London and the Home Counties.
This is a specialist AV position. Applicants must have previous experience working within the professional AV, residential smart home or home automation industry.
You'll be joining an established technology integrator delivering sophisticated AV and automation systems into luxury residential properties.
The Role
As Residential AV Project Manager, you'll manage multiple projects from initial planning and coordination through installation, commissioning and final handover.
You'll work closely with clients, engineers, programmers, architects, interior designers and other trades to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing residential AV and smart home projects from design through to handover
Coordinating AV engineers, programmers and commissioning teams
Managing project programmes, budgets and resources
Attending site meetings and liaising with clients and contractors
Managing equipment, procurement and project requirements
Monitoring progress and resolving issues throughout delivery
Coordinating first-fix, second-fix, commissioning and client handover
Maintaining project documentation and reporting
Managing multiple live projects across London and the Home Counties
What We're Looking For
