My client is a growing UK renewable energy installation company looking for a skilled engineer who\’s ready to step up, lead from the front, and deliver outstanding results with their ongoing projects. What\’s in it for you: £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile provided Private health insurance included Varied projects across the UK with a supportive, close-knit team Full-time, permanent role in a growing, future-focused business What you\’ll be doing: Leading on-site installations and coordinating subcontractors Carrying out hands-on mechanical/electrical works, including welding Taking final measurements, planning schedules, and keeping projects on track Troubleshooting issues and commissioning completed installations Skills and experience required: Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (experience in Renewables, Anaerobic Digestion, agricultural, Energy from Waste or Biomass) Hold a Level 3 qualification or higher in an Engineering field Strong communication, organisation, and numeracy skills Relevant licences and certifications (CSCS, SSST, telehandler, working at height, etc.) Willingness to travel and work flexibly across the UK, including overnight stays.
