This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical interfaces between complex renewable energy equipment for pyrolysis systems. \\n\\nWhat's on offer: \\n\\n£50,000 – £70,000 DOE.

\\n\\nPrivate Healthcare Scheme and a Pension Scheme \\n\\nAnnual Bonus Scheme \\n\\nHolidays – 25 days holiday a year paid (plus bank holidays) \\n\\nHybrid Working \\n\\nWellbeing – You'll have access to Mental Health support and up to 20 days of paid sick leave \\n \\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nLead the end-to-end management of renewable energy projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.\\n\\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams to understand system requirements and manage technical interfaces between components.\\n\\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to align milestones, resolve technical challenges, and ensure smooth project execution.\\n\\nOversee the integration and commissioning of biomass boilers, pyrolysis units, and related renewable systems, ensuring compliance with all technical specifications and safety standards.\\n\\nApply established project management methodologies to plan, monitor, and control project progress, including risk and issue management.\\n\\nManage all financial, technical, and commercial aspects of project contracts.\\n\\nLead procurement and vendor management, ensuring suppliers and subcontractors meet agreed milestones and performance standards.\\n\\nConduct site visits and technical inspections to verify installation quality and ensure successful project delivery.\\n \\nSkills and Qualifications:\\n\\nProven experience as a Project Manager in the renewable energy sector, ideally with exposure to biomass, pyrolysis, or related technologies.\\n\\nStrong engineering background with the ability to understand and manage complex technical interfaces.\\n\\nDemonstrated experience in budget control, scheduling, and stakeholder management.\\n\\nPractical knowledge of biomass boilers, pyrolysis systems, or other renewable energy technologies is a significant advantage.\\n\\nFamiliarity with industry standards, contract management, procurement processes, and relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.\\n\\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\\n\\nBased within commuting distance of Maidenhead, with flexibility for occasional travel to project sites.\\n\\nMotivated by a new challenge within a fast-paced, innovative renewable energy environment.\\n \\nINDW\\n \\nTo apply for this role please send your CV or call Noah on (phone number removed) ext 218 for more information.\\n \\nEqually if this role would not be of interest to you but may be for a suitable friend or colleague, we can offer paid referral fees for successful placements
