Parts Sales Executive

Telesales Parts Advisor | Maidstone | £30,000 Basic + Bonus | Mon-Fri with 1 in 3 Saturdays A busy and well-established automotive parts distributor in Maidstone is currently looking for a Telesales Parts Advisor to join their growing team. This is a lively and varied role suited to someone with a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of automotive parts or telesales. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming parts enquiries from trade customers, providing accurate advice, processing orders, and building lasting relationships with workshops, mechanics, and automotive businesses. Key Responsibilities: Accurately identify vehicle parts and provide expert advice Process customer orders via phone, email, and an in-house app Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing trade customers Deliver a high level of service to support repeat business and customer loyalty Work closely with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfilment What\’s On Offer: £30,000 basic salary Performance bonus Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am – 12:30pm Staff parking provided within walking distance, paid for by the company What We\’re Looking For: Experience in automotive parts sales, telesales, or a similar customer-focused role Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Good IT skills and the ability to learn in-house systems and apps A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong product knowledge of vehicle parts is an advantage, but not essential This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in automotive parts sales within a supportive and high-performing team.
