Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 (DOE)

Location: Beckenham

A well-established car body shop in Beckenham is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join its team. This role offers a competitive salary of 40,000- 50,000, depending on experience, with opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and restore damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards

• Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) and traditional panel beating techniques

• Remove dents, scratches, and structural damage with precision

• Straighten and align vehicle frames using specialist tools

• Prepare vehicles for painting and complete repairs to a high standard

• Ensure all work meets health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of experience in panel beating

• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques

• Proficiency in using specialist panel beating tools and equipment

• Attention to detail and ability to work to the highest standards

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving skills

• Valid UK driving license

• ATA Accreditation is advantageous but not essential
