Salary: 38,000 per annum (Performance Review at 6 Months)

Hours: Monday – Friday

A well-established car body shop in Dunstable is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join its team. This role offers a competitive salary of 38,000, with a performance review after six months and the opportunity for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, priming, and spray painting vehicles to a high standard

• Colour matching and mixing paints for seamless finishes

• Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and industry guidelines

• Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

• Working efficiently to meet productivity targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a body shop environment

• Strong knowledge of refinishing techniques and materials

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Awareness of health and safety regulations in automotive refinishing
