The Role:

  • Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnosis of building control systems (BMS)
  • Carry out small repairs and remedial works
  • Provide routine inspections of BMS (building management systems)

Requirements:

  • Ideally you will have experience working within the BMS industry and be competent on-site completing fault diagnosis
  • You will be familiar with trend control systems and Trend IQ Vision
  • Proven diagnostics skills
  • Experienced / knowledge of HVAC mechanical plant - AHU's etc
  • Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as: Bacnet, Modbus
