The Role
As a Skilled AV Engineer, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional AV systems that exceed client expectations. Working alongside Lead Engineers and Junior Engineers, you'll be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and commissioning a wide range of professional AV technologies. You'll be trusted to maintain the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and attention to detail while helping to deliver projects on time and to specification.
You'll be working with:
- LED display systems
- LCD displays
- Projectors
- Professional audio systems
- Network cabling infrastructure
- Video conferencing solutions
You'll also:
- Assist with LED screen configuration and commissioning
- Support fault finding and troubleshooting activities
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Follow installation plans and method statements
- Deliver installations to the highest professional standards
What We're Looking For
You'll be a hands-on AV professional who enjoys solving problems, working as part of a team, and delivering outstanding results for clients.
Essential:
- Proven experience in AV installation
- Good understanding of AV systems and technology
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours
40 hours per week. Typically, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Some evening and weekend work will be required to support project delivery, with overtime paid accordingly.
