Audio Visual ProgrammerLocation: Midlands (Hybrid Working)Salary: £50,000 per annum

The RoleAs an Audio-Visual Programmer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of bespoke AV control systems across a range of commercial and residential environments. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality, reliable AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, write, and maintain AV control code for bespoke systems

Program and commission control systems using AMX, Crestron, and/or Extron

Create intuitive user interfaces tailored to client requirements

Support system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

Provide technical support during project delivery and post-installation where required

Ensure programming standards, documentation, and version control are maintained

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience as an AV Programmer

Strong hands‐on programming experience with AMX, Crestron, and/or Extron

Ability to develop and write AV control code from scratch

Experience delivering bespoke AV control solutions

Good understanding of AV systems including control, audio, video, and networking

Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
