Responsibilities
- All aspects of installation, dismantling, maintenance and refurbishment of modular accommodation and welfare units on customer sites and within workshop environments.
- Installing and dismantling modular accommodation units.
- Fitting and removing partitions, ceilings, floors and fittings.
- Refurbishment and fit‑out work.
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Maintenance of canteen and toilet facilities.
- Replacing locks, handles and fixtures.
- General repair, assembly and maintenance tasks.
- Using hand and power tools.
- Supporting lifting and installation operations.
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to high standards.
- Providing a professional service on customer sites (client‑facing role).
Qualifications
- Experience within maintenance, fitting, refurbishment or installation environments.
- Basic plumbing, joinery or general building maintenance skills.
- Comfortable using power tools and hand tools.
- Flexible approach to travel and working hours.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
