As Group Fleet Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the fleet remains compliant, safe, available and cost-effective. Your duties will include:
- Leading fleet maintenance operations across multiple locations.
- Driving preventative maintenance programmes and best practice.
- Ensuring compliance with DVSA regulations and Operator Licence requirements.
- Managing workshops, technicians and maintenance teams.
- Monitoring fleet performance, downtime and maintenance costs.
- Managing supplier relationships and maintenance contracts.
- Supporting long-term fleet replacement and asset management strategies.
- Delivering continuous improvement projects and operational efficiencies.
- Reporting directly to senior leadership on fleet performance and compliance.
