I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist engineering company supplying piling and foundation equipment to the construction industry. With over 50 years in the market, they are known for high-quality equipment and strong aftersales support. They are now looking to expand their mobile engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair piling and plant equipment on customer sites
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
- Prepare equipment for hire or sale in the workshop
- Travel across the UK with some overnight stays
- Work within a busy service environment
Qualifications / Requirements
- Time-served Mechanical Fitter / Plant Engineer background
- Good understanding of hydraulics and electrical systems
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (minimum)
- CSCS card preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Package
- Β£20 per hour (39-hour week)
