This Isn't Just Another AV Installation Role
You'll be trusted to lead the technical delivery of high-end residential projects from rack build through to final handover. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions on site, work with leading technologies, and play a key role in ensuring installations are completed to the highest possible standard.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the installation and commissioning of luxury residential AV and smart home systems
- Building and wiring professional-grade racks to a premium standard
- Installing and commissioning:
- Home Cinema Systems
- Multi-Room Audio
- Video Distribution
- Lighting Control
- Automated Shading
- Integrated Smart Home Platforms
- Configuring systems including: Control4, Lutron, Crestron, Savant (advantageous)
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues during installation and commissioning
- Working closely with project managers, designers, clients, and contractors
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers when required
- Taking ownership of project quality from start to finish
