Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a UK leading specialist within the building energy management systems (BEMS) sector. They have a very interesting and exciting new opportunity within the business that will help manage a key and large national account.
The Role:
- Reporting to the national contracts manager, this role supports the day to day operations and service coordination of a key and very important account.
- The aim of the role is to help deliver consistent, high-quality service by maintaining effective processes and procedures and keeping the account running smoothly day to day.
- Contract and service operations - PPM Planning, access coordination, incident, escalation and SLA Support.
- Remote Monitoring Coordination - supporting remote monitored sites.
- Commercial support - assisting with contract renewal, profitability tracking and revenue capture.
- Customer relationship and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
- Experience within service management / service coordination.
- Account support or contract support experience.
- A working understanding of BMS / HVAC Plant would be an advantage along with remote monitoring principles.
- Strong organisational skills, process and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness, with an eye for contract profitability, SLAs and revenue capture.
- Customer focused.
This is a very key position that will play an integral role within a leading BMS business.
Salary:
- £60,000 - £65,000
- £7,297 Car Allowance or Company Car
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays and rising with service
