Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and client relationships? Our client, a leading UK-based AV integrator with over 45 years of experience, is seeking an Account Manager (Sales) to join their dynamic team.
About the Role:
- As an Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Branch Manager to support the sales process and facilitate client engagement.
- Providing regular reports on account activity and progress against targets.
- Addressing client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Working closely with internal teams to share best practices and contribute to overall sales success.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

- Previous experience in sales.
