Project Manager - Smart Home & AV Integration £50,000 to £60,000 per annum + Progression Opportunities London & Home Counties (Projects Across the Southeast) Full-Time | Permanent Lead Exceptional Smart Home & AV Projects from Concept to Completion An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing specialist integrator operating at the premium end of the residential and commercial technology market. Working on high-value smart home, audiovisual, lighting control, networking and automation projects, you'll take ownership of multiple installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role would suit an experienced AV Project Manager, Smart Home Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Senior Installation Professional looking to take full ownership of project delivery and client relationships. The Opportunity You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial technology projects from initial planning through to completion. Working closely with clients, designers, site teams, contractors and suppliers, you'll ensure each project is delivered seamlessly while maintaining exceptional standards of customer service throughout the entire journey. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple smart home and AV projects simultaneously from conception through to final handover. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits, inspections and project review meetings. Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders. Monitor project programmes, deadlines and resource allocation. Manage project budgets, cost control and commercial performance. Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements, including RAMS preparation and site documentation. Oversee maintenance contracts and ongoing client support activities. Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery standards.
