What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Maximising plant availability
- Owning PPMs, breakdowns, mechanical repairs
- Diagnosing running and process faults
- Engineering long-term fixes, not temporary patches
- Improving conveyors, motors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment, and industrial mechanical systems
- Working with external contractors when needed
- Driving compliance, safety and H&S best practice
