Key Responsibilities Manage projects from design and planning through to installation, commissioning and handover Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors and project stakeholders Coordinate installation, programming, engineering and commissioning teams Develop and maintain project programmes and delivery schedules Manage project budgets, resources and procurement activities Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and risks Lead site meetings and client progress reviews Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Support testing, commissioning and final client demonstrations Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and company standards Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and contractors Travel regularly to project sites throughout London and the Home CountiesWhat We're Looking For We're interested in hearing from experienced Project Managers already working within AV, Smart Home, Home Automation or Technology Integration environments. We would also welcome applications from Project Managers within Building Services, Electrical, M&E or Construction sectors who have experience coordinating technical installation projects. Essential Requirements Previous project management experience within AV, smart home, technology integration, electrical, M&E or construction environments Strong organisational and planning skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills Commercial awareness with budget management experience Experience coordinating installation teams and subcontractors Ability to manage projects from first-fix through to final handover Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Full UK driving licenceDesirable Experience Residential AV or smart home project delivery experience Knowledge of Crestron, Lutron, KNX, Control4 or similar systems Experience working with architects, interior designers and principal contractors PRINCE2, APM or equivalent project management qualificationsWhat's In It For You?
