They now need a Lead Engineer who can take ownership of technical delivery on site and set the level that everyone else follows.
What you will be doing:
- Leading onāsite delivery across flagship Residential projects
- Overseeing installs, commissioning and final signāoff of full home automation systems
- Working closely with designers, programmers and project managers to keep each stage moving smoothly
- Mentoring midālevel engineers and raising the overall standard of work
- Being the trusted technical lead clients look to for clarity, confidence and expertise
- Bringing structure and calm to some of the most complex residential systems in the UK
What you need to bring:
- Strong Residential or Commercial AV background with the ability to take command of site delivery
- Deep Crestron knowledge and the ability to understand programmed logic and system behaviour
- Solid Cisco networking skills, including VLANs, switch configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with Dante or similar audio networking platforms
- A track record of delivering high end projects where tidy infrastructure and proper documentation matter
- Clear communication, client confidence and a problem solving mindset
- The ability to spot issues early and resolve them before they grow
