Business Development Manager - BMS
Alecto Recruitment is working closely with our client who are a UK leading and specialist within the Building management systems (BMS) sector.
They are currently recruiting for a sales manager for their data centre sector.
The Role:
- The role is centred around the Data Centre sector with most of the time focused on meeting with clients, developing new relationships and supporting existing partnerships
- Identify, develop and secure new Building management systems (BMS) business opportunities within the data centre sector
- Develop relationships with data centre owners, operators, consultants and contractors
- Achieve agree sales and business growth targets
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
Requirements:
- We are looking for you to have proven sales experience within the building management systems sector
- Strong understanding of BMS Solutions and building controls
- Experience developing customer relationships and generating new business
- Ability to interpret client specifications and produce detailed BMS points lists
Salary & Benefits:
- £65,000 - £75,000
- Car or Car Allowance
- Generous bonus scheme & Commission scheme
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays - buy up to 5 days
