Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting on a superb opportunity within the BMS Sector for a Service Manager. The position joins a business who has been established now for 22 years and are a leading independent within the building management systems sector. This is a key and integral position that runs the companies service division which is currently turning over roughly £1M per annum.
The Role:
- Lead the department and be instrumental in its continued success and future growth
- Liaise with clients to ensure the delivery of service contracts continue to meet their expectations and that the contracts are retained on each renewable
- P&L responsibility of the service department
- Overseeing the servicing, remedials and call out departments
Requirements:
- This position could suit a BMS Engineering supervisor who is looking to step forwards into a more commercial level position
- Equally, we are seeking an experienced BMS Service / Contracts manager who has a good level of commercial skills
- Ideally you will have a good technical understanding within building management systems (BMS)
- Excellent customer service skills
Salary & Benefits:
