Alecto Recruitment is currently working closely with a well‑established and growing BMS specialist who is recruiting for a Service Contract Manager to take full ownership of their service division in London. This is a key leadership role with responsibility across:
- BMS servicing, remedials and reactive call‑outs
- Managing and supporting on‑site engineers
- Coordinating scheduling and resource planning
- Maintaining and renewing existing service contracts
- Developing new business from existing clients and introducing new customers
- Full P&L responsibility across the service function
What makes this role stand out is who it's suited to. You could already be operating in a Service / Contracts Management role within the Building management systems (BMS) sector. Or you may be a senior BMS engineer managing a small team, ready to step into a more commercial, business‑focused leadership position. You will need to have a good technical understanding within the building management systems (BMS) sector from an engineering background. Ideally have managed a team. Experience commercially would be an advantage to include profit and loss (P&L) accountability.
