BMS Lead Static Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is working closely with our client who are an independent and very established specialist within building management systems (BMS).

Established in 2005 and have organically grown.

Due to their continued growth and development.

They are looking to hire a BMS Lead Engineer to work in a static position at a key customer site.

The Role

  • Working on a key client site as a BMS Engineer you will be responsible for the service, maintenance and reactive works
  • Assist with the service and maintenance of critical plant on the site
  • Help look for innovative solutions on site to help the customer reach energy efficiency goals
  • Complete PPM's
  • Ensure remedial jobs are completed

Requirements

  • We are looking for an experienced building management systems (BMS) engineer
  • You will have strong experience in fault finding and fault diagnosis through to repairs
  • Experience in assisting in energy efficiency and spotting areas that will improve this
  • Ideally be experienced with Trend BMS Systems
  • A good level of electrical / mechanical skills
  • HVAC Plant expertise and understanding of mechanical plant and control applications
  • Salary
  • £55,000 - £60,000
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthdays off after 1 year service
  • Car Allowance & Business Mileage reimbursed

There is a 1-6 call out with a £200 p/w standby. DTD Pay and Overtime rates if called out.
