The Role:

As an AV Engineer, you'll be working on a wide range of exciting technology projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality environments. You'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining integrated AV solutions while working alongside experienced project and design teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is an opportunity to expand your technical skills while working with industry-leading technology and premium client installations.

  • Install, configure, and maintain AV systems across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
  • Complete installation works including displays, audio systems, equipment racks, CCTV, and associated technologies
  • Support AV and IT infrastructure installations, including networking, structured cabling, and HDBaseT systems
  • Carry out fault finding, servicing, maintenance, and remedial works on existing client systems
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard
  • Ensure installations are completed professionally, safely, and in line with company quality standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within AV installation is essential
  • Strong understanding of AV systems, equipment, and installation best practices
  • Knowledge of networking, HDBaseT, and AV infrastructure technologies
  • Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and fault-find AV systems effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
  • Full UK Driving Licence required

Desirable:

  • Experience with Lutron lighting control systems
  • Experience with Savant automation platforms
  • CEDIA training or certifications
  • Manufacturer accreditations or certifications
  • CSCS Card or relevant site qualifications
