What You'll Be Doing
You'll be hands-on, installing professional AV systems across client sites, delivering quality work you can be proud of. Expect to work with:
- Projectors & large-format displays
- Screens, speakers & microphones
- Video conferencing systems
- AV control systems
You'll also:
- Ensure installs meet top-quality standards
- Follow health & safety best practices
- Work independently or alongside engineers & subcontractors
- Keep equipment, tools, and your company vehicle in top condition
What You Bring
Must-Have:
- Solid AV installation experience
- Ability to read drawings, schematics, and plans
- Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills - you'll be client-facing at times
- Full UK driving licence & willingness to travel
Nice-to-Have (but not essential):
- CTS certification
- Experience with large-scale integrated AV systems
- Basic networking knowledge
- AV/VC commissioning skills
- ECS, PASMA, or IPAF certifications
