Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a BMS Project Manager to cover the Yorkshire region. This role offers a great degree of autonomy managing your time and diary as necessary. The position works with one of the most established Building Management Systems (BMS) companies in the UK, working on a range of BMS projects.
Salary & Benefits:
- £65,000
- Car or Car Allowance + EV Salary Sacrifice scheme
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday and rising with service
- 7.5% Pension rising to 10%

The Role:
- This position plays an integral role within the business in a key commercial delivery role.
- Full cost management of all BMS projects.
- Attending site progress meetings when required, including project management review meetings and producing weekly project reports.
- Prepare monthly revenue forecast and reports.
- Responsible for procurement of control items.
- Approving control panel drawings and designs.
