What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Leading national AV installation projects from planning through to execution
  • Managing on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver seamless installs
  • Conducting detailed site surveys and specifying hardware & cable routes
  • Delivering high-standard first and second fix installations
  • Supporting with AV programming (lighting/audio), testing, and handover
  • Providing service support in line with SLAs for key blue-chip clients

What We\’re Looking For

  • 3+ years\’ experience in AV installation – confident on tools and on-site
  • Strong technical skills across LCD/LED displays, video conferencing, video over IP, matrix systems
  • Familiar with control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, BI-AMP) and networking fundamentals
  • Comfortable leading teams and working in client-facing environments
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
  • Bonus points if you have:
  • CSCS/ECS card
  • IPAF & PASMA certifications
  • First Aid trained
