What You\’ll Be Doing
- Leading national AV installation projects from planning through to execution
- Managing on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver seamless installs
- Conducting detailed site surveys and specifying hardware & cable routes
- Delivering high-standard first and second fix installations
- Supporting with AV programming (lighting/audio), testing, and handover
- Providing service support in line with SLAs for key blue-chip clients
What We\’re Looking For
- 3+ years\’ experience in AV installation – confident on tools and on-site
- Strong technical skills across LCD/LED displays, video conferencing, video over IP, matrix systems
- Familiar with control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, BI-AMP) and networking fundamentals
- Comfortable leading teams and working in client-facing environments
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Bonus points if you have:
- CSCS/ECS card
- IPAF & PASMA certifications
- First Aid trained
