Alecto Recruitment is currently looking to hear from experienced Industrial Electricians and Electrical Technicians interested in a fixed-site Industrial Electrician opportunity based in the West Yorkshire area.
Working at a busy industrial processing facility, you will be responsible for effective industrial electrical maintenance duties in addition to a range of electrical duties.
Responsibilities- Responsibility for industrial electrical maintenance duties at a busy processing facility in the Pontefract area.
- Quickly respond to reactive repairs and attend emergency breakdowns.
- Fault finding and problem solving, including implementation of short- and long-term solutions to ensure efficient running of the facility.
- Read electrical drawings and work across a range of industrial equipment including PLCs, three phase systems, inverters, drives and motors.
- 3-5 years+ experience working in an industrial engineering environment in an electrical or electrician capacity.
- Qualified to level 3 City & Guilds or ONC in Electrical Engineering.
- Full UK Driver's Licence.
- Confidence and experience in carrying out front line electrical engineering work in industrial facilities including fault finding, preventative maintenance, breakdown rectification.
